I guess for the price ($118) its worth it if you use it only at home. I had to return coz I wanted something for long term and reliable.

Decent for bluetooth audio... Not so much for Mic

And yes, it works while charging. Great audio quality, However, over the phone conversations lack quality and I am often told that there is too much noise in the background. Tile integration is a nice addition. Base / Low Range is not the best audible speakers; but does have a fairly good lightly distorted base...
