It’s a good pc. Not the fastest in the world but it gets the job done. I can web or game on it just fine just loads a bit slow. Maybe save a bit more for a faster pc

I have had this desktop for a few weeks. Seems to be a good computer for a great price. Work's like a champ when editing sound and video. The only complaint would be the lack of windows software. On the flip side I really liked that it didn't have a lot of bloat wear.

This gaming PC is amazing! Graphics are impeccable. My son loves it. Fast and efficient.

This pc is really good for the price and has quite a bit of space. It is able to play apex and sons of the forest on high graphics with little to no lag.

When I received this PC, it didnt come with the power cord like it was supposed to. I had to contact Best Buy and jump through hoops to get them to give me a power cord for this computer. I also didn't get any manual or anything with the PC like you normally would. I see two buttons on the top of the PC labeled LED and then another to the left of that. I have no idea what either of them for and when I press them, nothing happens. So far it has been decent other than issues with my monitor randomly going in and out and also the usb ports randomly stop working.

Great pc, havent had a single issue. It runs quite, no stuttering while gaming. Nice rgb customization. Perfect pc for a starting gamer. Runs most all 42 of my games 60+ fps at high settings

got is as a gift from my aunt, and im loving it, can play pubg and stream at the same time and have 60fps %98 of the time, great temps also! %100 recomendad

It was good in the beginning I’ve had it to years and it has slowed down.

Great overall. The only pet peeve is that color changing is a bit buggy. Hopefully that gets fixed on a later update

Was skeptical at first, but runs games from fortnite, to call of duty flawlessy.

Not t starts because one have to be blow started, and came with 550 way power supply instead of 600, but I bought to build up, so for starts for having good bones to start with

It was a gift to my grandson who lives out of town. It was delivered before the the anticipated date and he was ecstatic. Thanks Best Buy

This wasn’t Best Buy’s fault at all, just want to make that clear. I received this item and the box was damaged and looked a little beat up. I assumed it was probably just UPS but turns out skytech had sent me a pre-owned item. The plastic legs were broken, the bags that contained the items inside were ripped and the paperwork (guides, manuals, warranty itself) were missing. I brought it back to best buy immediately and they processed the refund because they said that didnt have any more of these in stock but they did tell me that this is an issue theyve had before with skytech, where they will ship something that is not new and the customers are rightfully upset.

Overall the pc is great. Was hard to setup at all coming from a beginner myself. You can get a better deal if you save up 100-150 more dollars though, maybe a RTX 3060. The disappointment part is a week or two later the RGB lights stop working for the pc.
