It has been perfect for high quality gaming and streaming. Easy to update drivers and software. Used every day for several hours at a time.

No issues, build quality seems solid. Only thibg i changed was added 16 more gigs of ddr4 and another 2 gig nvme but otherwise great.

The only time I have EVER need warranty was with this PC. IT only a cooling fan that makes a noise from time to time and when the machine starts up, 2 months old btw. I got in touch and they wanted a video. It wasn't making the noise at that moment, of course never does. I had to want the next day after work on start up and it did it. I made a video and got back in touch. yeah it is a faint noise and you can feel it vibrate in cooling lines when it does it and of course their thing is, I can't hear anything. No one hear can hear anything. I was in the ARMY and rode in Bradley's and hear it. So bad that they will not warranty something as cheap as the cooling fans. Imagine if you have something worst. I will NEVER own another piece of junk from this company. I am throwing this thing out and going back to MSI this weekend. I knew I should had stayed with them. I had hear lots of bad things about sky before but i didn't listen. I hope you do. Save your money and go to something better.

Posted .I also listened to the video and honestly couldn't hear anything wrong. Perhaps your cellphone camera wasn't able to pick up the noise? In any case, we unfortunately only replace parts that are visibly/audibly defective. Anyone reading this review please contact us if you have any issues at 888-370-8882 -Chris
