Had to take the desktop apart because the desktop was not working.

Everything is cheaply built, consistebtly crashes, the fans are extremely loud, and the worst part is i cannot get a refund for this PC. I have a custom built plus a laptop 100x better than this and can atleast run COD.

Had a good experience with previously purchased Skytech gaming PC. Confidently bought the King 95 for my son and 33 days after purchase the PC would not power on. Spent two hours on the phone waiting for their customer service and gave up. Sent messages and attempted to use their customer service chat during published operated hours with no response. It has been three days and there has been no response to my requests to their customer service ( admittedly one of those days is a weekend). All indicators are the power supply failed but no telling if it took anything else with it. Other than that it was a well priced PC for its specs and performed decent at 1440p, until it failed. Disappointed in the unresponsiveness of Skytech customer service despite hearing it was highly regarded by others. I dont expect instant gratification based but based on the delayed response I may have no other choice but to return it and try my luck wirh a different company.

I purchased my computer in July. The computer from the beginning was very loud. It has now completely stopped working and won’t even load up. Worst purchase ever. What a waste of thousands of dollars. Can’t believe you have such a bad product out there.

Had to return to store. Graphics card was no good. Also incorrect mother board was installed. Switched to a cyberpower and couldn't be happier.

Picked up from Best Buy and returned the very next day. Upon startup, computer kept shutting down and gave an error “USB over charge” and auto shuts off after 15 seconds. Did research and that means the motherboard is fried and possibly some of the USB ports. So the computer was broken and unusable and had to be returned the very next day.

Went through 2 of these computers both had computer breaking issues within the first 2 weeks of ownership

Why are there black fans and bottom RGB fans shown in pictures when that’s not the product shipping out to customers?

This has been a great PC. It's been playing The outer Worlds and BG3 great as well as my indy games. It's definately worth the money I paid ofr it.

Genuinely one of the best prebuilds I’ve had so far!

Everything worked great out of the box and it’s a beautiful looking case! My WiFi adapter was sent as an external adapter so that was a little tricky to keep hidden at the back of my PC since I was planning on it being internal. Bluetooth is not included so I just ordered a separate adapter. My fans are quiet and the RGB looks great! The bottom fans do not have RGB but that’s not a dealbreaker for me. The instructions included are generic and this specific glass case does not slide to remove as the instructions say but instead pops straight out, took me forever because I was worried of breaking it so just a PSA for anyone else. The mouse and keyboard included are a lot more premium than typical included accessories. Overall I love the PC and would order a Skytech prebuilt again!

If this goes on sale for under $1500, I would recommend it, but at $1800+, you can easily find a better PC. This PC is a bit pricey for the hardware it contains, but there are clearly costs that went towards aesthetics, though not enough imo to justify the price hike. Product images appear to show RGB fans at the bottom, but the PC itself does not. The fans are also quite loud. 5070 pairs well with this CPU, and a 9800X3D would have just been a waste of money.

Really good value for the price especially with ram going crazy.

I recently one and have been thoroughly impressed. The only gripe I have about it is purely cosmetic: for some reason, the three intake fans on the bottom of the case are not RBG, but the other 6 fans are.

Computer started fine first time, then after installing the million updates it had, it restarted itself and is not coming on at all, reinstalled. After hours blue screen came in only giving the option to install windows again, okay did that again started fine. Then after installing evrything restarted it itslef and same think black screen with the little blue circle thinking. Ive tried contact support and this is me 10 hours later not even able of getting in touch with them. Terrible
