Good Value, but computer crashes often.

Check everything before you set it up

I emailed Skytech to get a replacement keyboard and received no response. I contacted Best Buy who told me to take it to the Geek Squad at the store and they would take care of it. Got to Geek Squad and was told they could only replace the entire computer, not just a keyboard and would not even attempt a repair. So before you set up your computer, know that you will get NO SUPPORT if anything isnt working.

33 days and King 95 is no longer working

Confidently bought the King 95 for my son and 33 days after purchase the PC would not power on. Spent two hours on the phone waiting for their customer service and gave up. Sent messages and attempted to use their customer service chat during published operated hours with no response. It has been three days and there has been no response to my requests to their customer service ( admittedly one of those days is a weekend). All indicators are the power supply failed but no telling if it took anything else with it. Other than that it was a well priced PC for its specs and performed decent at 1440p, until it failed. Disappointed in the unresponsiveness of Skytech customer service despite hearing it was highly regarded by others. I dont expect instant gratification based but based on the delayed response I may have no other choice but to return it and try my luck wirh a different company.
