Great prebuilt PC for price

One draw back is that it does not handle switching from one task to another task as well as you would think. Ex: switching from a high graphics game screen to another tab always leads to a black screen for ~2 seconds.

Great Gaming PC

Out of the box, the computer runs very well, ultra quiet and decently optimized for gaming. I would purchase again or recommend to a friend!

Good overall. Skytech customer service isnt great

I'm not sure what the issue is I attempted to get in contact skytech, to resolve the issue to get no response. Also, the rgb fans on the bottom do not light up.I don't know if it's came like that or if they're supposed to light up and it is malfunctioning.

I am returning after one week

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The problem: This thing will not enter and stay in sleep mode at all.... im going to stay away from skytech- it takes four hours on average to reach customer support and after a few basic troubleshooting options their "experts" said yeah it might be a WINDOWS THING and there "might" not be a WAY AROUND IT. after updating drivers, and bios, and checking cmd settings and power this was their premium customer support for a $2,000 machine. This thing is going back to best buy. Im not burning out my gpu or fans because this thing is faulty.

So glad that I did. set up was easy and customization was just as easy if not easier. Also much quieter than my last tower by far.
