Internet bounces back and forth from slightly decent speed to less than 1 Mbps, with the wifi antennas 5 feet from the router, and everything else on the network getting gig speeds. The RGB lights quit responding to the remote and won't turn off. Of course I was 1 day past 15 days, so Best Buy won't take it back. The company's product registration page doesn't work. Waiting on a support response now, should be fun.

The only thing I didn’t like is when the computer gets shipped to you it comes with zip ties to the power supplies unfortunately I use the computer without knowing and it made my power supply. Go bad. I had to spend another $170 on a new power supplies.

Posted .We do that for the sake of cable management. That would be irrelevant to the power supply becoming defective though. You can have that replaced under the warranty though, no need to pay for anything.

Powerful but Crippled
