I bought this system since is was a reasonable price compared to a DIY build with similar components. Switched it on for the first time and there was a nasty banging noise of a fan hitting something. Turns out the wifi card was interfering with the GPU fans. Both the wifi card and GPU sustained damage. I've been operating without the wifi card in place for months as it's used for my kids remote school while trying to get a solution from Skytech customer service. They currently want me to remove the GPU and ship to them before they will send a replacement. No provision for taking a deposit so they can ship first. Horrible customer service model. Buyer beware. I wish I had just bought the parts from a reputable retailer and built myself.

It crashes on me a lot (blue screen), not sure if the issue is HW related or driver related but it's been happening since I bought it. I've only installed a few apps like chrome, and vpn/vnc software to do remote work.

I don't know if this will happen for everyone, but after setting everything up, windows kept getting corrupted. It would end up wiping everything, and id have to download and update everything over again. Very disappointing. A friend of mine told me the processor and motherboard that comes with this are not the most compatible. Think of it like joycon drift, it may noit happen for everyone, but its flawed tech. You should opt for a better amd processor with integrated graphics or something from Intel. I have a friend that has this and he hasnt come across any issues so far. So if youre getting it, good luck. Its a risk with prebuilt PCs.

The computer I bought has constant BSODs. I have tried reloading the OS, updating the BIOS, swapping out the RAM and everything else I am able to try without purchasing all new components. The two messages I get most frequently are KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED and IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. I am at my wits end and would like something that I can use reliably; I will likely be returning this computer soon if Skytech doesn't get back to me after my two messages to support.

I was very thrilled to finally get a rig for my MMO games and the tower came in early! When i finally it picked up, I followed the instructions to the tea and behold it would not display on my monitor. Tried everything! I put hdmi on my switch and ps4 to see if it was my monitor and nope! I called Best buy and figured it was a defective gpu the fan wouldn't turn on or anything. Returned it the same day and decided to buy another rig. Killed my overall mood.

Purchased item online, I purchased item as brand new, but upon arrival, received an open box/returned item. Not very satisfied! Also, components were bottom of the barrel parts. Not what I expected for dropping grand. Returned item and got my money back unfortunately.

Skytech Shadow gaming desktop is a great gaming system that allows for smooth gaming experience and virtual reality as well. It came in a box that was well packaged and Skytech also provides a folder with things to help you get started. The case it comes in has a magnetic door, not screwed on, so the components of the pc are easily accessible and replaceable if you are looking to upgrade any parts. The motherboard is not listed here but it is a AS Rock B450M AC. The fans in the case are skytechs own brand. There is 2 on the top of the case and one on the backside. There is also a 120mm fan on the motherboard. So far I have not had any issues with overheating but I will update if needed. I run some pretty demanding games but the pc stays quite and cool! I'm giving this a 5/5 for affordability and design. There are things ill probably end up replacing in the future but the case allows for plenty of customization.

The entire processor stopped working after 20 days. Best buy and Geek squad couldn't repair or replace the computer. They only offered to return, leaving us without a computer or a comparable option.

H O R R I B L E. Had no choice but to return, NOT once, but twice. Would not work at all. Attempted trouble shooting for hours & hours, day after day, awaiting my third PC.....stay tuned.

System kept on crashing with blue screen. Tech help could not find or fix the problem. Ended up having to return the item.

Stopped working in a month. Won't post. Garbage.

Ive had that computer for about 3 years and it has lasted me through, its still in tact and i plan on building a new computer, but considering its price and the components inside, id say its a pretty decent deal, especially with the prices being very high back then.

I think its a very good PC for the price, the case, fans and the graphics card are very good for the price, the only thing i would recommend its to buy an additional HDD or SDD Because its only 500 GB but everything else its very good

This is a great pc. It can run a lot of games on highest settings. I was really impressed with the price. This is probably the best pre-built for its price since most I would consider very overpriced (Alienware). The fans can be a little noisy but I headphones so its not much of a problem. Also the power supply is good so you don't need to worry about it exploding. I would highly recommend this pc for anyone who is looking to get a pre-built.

Good PC! Worked right after I plugged it in, no Hiccups at all. Runs great in general and hope to play more games in the future. Benchmarks: Minecraft (Lunar Client) - 800 - 1000 FPS Cold War (COD BO) - 300 - 450 (HIGH SETTINGS) Fortnite (Have not tested but from what ive seen) 400 - 450 (HIGH SETTINGS SEASON 5 CHAPTER 2) This PC is a GREAT Recommendation to ANYONE looking to get a bang for there buck and play their favorite games without any stutter. This pc, is a LIFE SAVER AND A MUST BUY!

I've had this PC a little over three years, and it's great!

this pc was a great pc to buy it helped me a lot. from an old laptop to a massive upgrade this pc is a really good pc with a good budget. It is the best deal I have found on Best Buy, with such a high GPU and a ryzen 5. My game runs about 240 fps in Fortnite and I never had my game crash.

This gaming desktop has been a godsent. I have had this tower since 2020 and still currently have this and now actively stream and do RP gaming with it. This was the best choice to get!
