Very Nice! Only had to replace 1 fan after 2 years

Purchased this skytech pc 5 months ago and so far im pretty happy with my purchase!

My son loves it he uses it all the time i would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Was so excited to get this gaming pc for my son , for wasting 1,079 bucks i was expecting a good gaming pc . As soon as we turned it on the fans started making a loud noise and a piece of the fan broke off . They must have installed the card to close to the geforce graphics card which caused it to bump into each other . i dont understand for it being certified that a tech inspected it prior to shipping its pretty obvious they lied other wise they would have noticed this issue from the moment they turned on the pc .Sadly this was a huge disappointment to us !

The computer is great and so is the keyboard and mouse. Everything is 10/10.

After a month of this computer working great my graphics card failed and it can no longer play most games. Best buy support and skytech support was a joke, honestly wish i could have gotten something else.

Great price for the product if you got the correct parts. I read that the motherboard was supposed to be the gigabyte b450, ended up being a cheaper brand with only 2 slots for ram. Ended up calling the company because I really like the pc, but they said 16gb is enough and I don’t need to upgrade, and they product states a b450 motherboard, not any specific brand. They just grab whatever’s cheapest and easiest with Covid right now, so I would suggest building your own pc, because then you know what you’re getting

This was bought as gift to my grandson who is gaming and streaming. It tool about 12 days to get built and get here. It really is a neat looking pc especially with the RGB effects for the younger crowd. We wanted to LOVE this but it started showing signs of video card trouble pretty quick (freezing up then rebooting) with multiple monitors. Called Skytech support left number and they were back to me within the 1/2 hour. Let them have remote access to troubleshoot the CPU and GPU. They did some stress tests and found CPU running way too hot and then in the GPU stress test it went to black screen....then when rebooted little green dots showed up on my monitor. They had me reseat the GPU card just to see if that would help ... same thing occured. When I disappoint my grandson ... I am not a happy camper but life goes on. Taking it back tomorrow. As an FYI my brand of 2060 Super was Zotac. The Skytech Service Rep (Cody) was Wonderful and helpful. Just some bad parts I guess. I would suggest you get some software and do some stress tests on your GPU and CPU as I would not have thought anything to be stressed (didn't seem hot , fans not roaring etc). Probably not a bad idead buy the extra Geeksquad warranty just to be safe. Hope you have better luck with your PC.

U need a ac cause if ur rooms hot the pc gets hot that’s the only problem

I got "lucky" and a Best Buy around me had 1 in stock. It was a 35 minute drive but the Value was worth it. When i got home i was really disappointed though. Screws were loose (just sitting in the case u could hear things roll around) and 3 of the RGB lights were not working. When booting up it was stuck in a Defaultuser/ Admin mode that i couldn't sign into or out of. Then to add to the cherry on top it started just shutting off by itself. I called their Customer service help line and it would keep me on hold then tell me that they are sorry but no representatives were available and just hang up. By that point i was frustrated and returned it to a best buy. If i'm paying $1000. i don't expect these many problems out of the box. I want to chalk this up to i just got unlucky but i want people to at least know some potential issues.
