Great value for a pre-built. Resorted to buying a prebuilt after not being able to get a graphics card. Was expecting poor ancillary components outside of the 3060, but to my surprise had a good quality PSU, SSD, and RAM Water cooler was an unfamiliar brand but has been working well so far

A few months in, it's a great build and Skytech provides a nice startup guide with extra cables/screws. I would recommend this especially in the current video card shortage! I edit videos and sometimes work in 3D programs so it's been great for rendering.

I received this unit brand new but the unit was inoperable, I had to return the computer and wait 2 more weeks for a replacement. I would be wary of prebuilt computers because apparently from what the Best Buy employees told me this is a common problem. Just a friendly heads up for anyone looking to purchase a prebuilt unit from a retailer. I will update my rating if my new computer comes in working order.

The skytech shiva seemed like a good deal considering the components for the price. However, i received this pc with fans that wouldnt light up, bluetooth that didnt work, and overall a slow and semi unresponsibe experience compared to my other pc's. I did a little trouble shooting on the fan lights and bluetooth, driver updates, checking conections etc, but overall I did not want to spend much time tinkering with something i spent so much money on. If i wanted to tinker i wouldve just built a pc myself. I will say that skytech customer service emailed me with quick responses to my questions, and were very polite. I did end up returning this pc and plan to go a different route.

Fast response time, amazing that it makes my friends jealous. Works like a dream even though Im skeptical of Water-cooling and super useful for multi-tasking.

The PC came in with a sponge shoved in it very hard that broke two of the cables connected to motherboard. the power is is very low for what it is inside the PC and the lights don't work fine.

Worked for 52 minutes then hardware malfunctions and windows went missing.. temps were fine (both gpu and cpu in the 30's) at the time of complete failure as i was monitoring them since it was a new system. Blue screened a few times now nothing passed Asus splash screen system just halts and windows never even tried to boot. Craftsmanship of the assembly was shady, power tools were used to secure the cooler to the CPU and basically every fastener on the system. Connectors are tilted and pins on mobo we're bent.

Very happy with the system. Overall, quite happy with the purchase. Was supposed to be 100% satisfied if not for the wrong spec that I got — which the best buy team addressed.

Aesthetics of the prebuilt are amazing, from the fan/cooler RGB lighting to the exterior tower design. Also I met up with Sub Lemon's mom last night.

Been a year now with it. Has been a champ. Upgraded ram to 32 g and 4t ssd. Played everything smooth. Highly recommend.

I had this PC for a month. On the last eligible day for return, the liquid cooler stopped working and overheated the CPU (100°C). The PC shut off. I waited a bit a turned it back on and the PC would not boot into Windows. It recognized the SSD but not as a boot drive. I attempted to reinstall Windows and it did not recognize the drive at all. I returned it for a full refund. The cooler was an unbranded Skytech cooler.

Bought this for gaming for college student - he gives it a big thumbs up!

I have had multiple problems running games on this PC, where I had to repeatedly restore my comp. Pretty disappointed.

Some problems with GPU, rebooting every 10 minutes, gpu overheat, i bought two of these computer both have same problems with graphic card!on second desktop also have cooling problem! So much noise from liquid cooler! Im never gonna buy again! I returned first after 5 days, second i will return today! Bestbuy dont sell this brand please!

Had a firmware failure on the gpu, things happen, i get it. The issue is with their warranty policy. They wont send me a new one until they receice the old one.....its been 4 weeks and I still dont have my replacement. I was able to use my PC for a whole 6 days before it went bad....

Wait time for help was too long,but evertging else was fine. My son got what he wanted.
