Pc is amazingly fast and spectacular looking case. Would definitely recommend!

The pc was running great until after day 5 I wasn’t getting signal to my monitor. I had to drain the CMOS then I booted it back up and was stuck on a infinite boot bios screen because my SSD was faulty. Buy at your own risk.

DO NOT BUY FROM SKYTECH GAMING!!! I took a chance on this deal even though I suspected it was too good to be true. SSD died after a month. Very poor customer service. Some of the primary hardware is good (cpu, gpu, motherboard), but the SSD and RAM are low quality. Buy from literally anyone else.

If I could put negative 100 stars I would… here’s my story. Buying my very first pc I wanted something that wasn’t the best and not the worst either of course. A good friend recommended this and I thought nothing of it. Looks super cool and seemed to be a great pc… until I turned it on. I played games for four hours the first night then the next morning, I signed into my game and it reboots. My thoughts, oh maybe a glitch…. Then it keeps rebooting every 5 min. I got tired of it and exchanged it for the same exact one thinking it was just made bad…. 2 days later I get the new one. I hook it up and turn it on, minutes later keeps rebooting every 5 min just like what it did with the other pc. To me it felt like they just shipped me the same exact one…. But to have 2 that were bad?? That’s insane, I will never EVER recommend this company to anyone and please read these reviews! I’m telling you now buy at your own risk….

If i could give it zero stars i would. First one wouldnt load windows and the second one had a defective keyboard... we decided to go to a different brand

Bought in March pc ran good until September when it would no longer power on . Turns out the Psu failed so if you purchase this please upgrade the Psu .. I did have it fixed via warranty which took 4 weeks to send back

Worked fine for 3 days even though I couldn’t update it to windows 11. After the third day the desktop just decided to stop booting, the fans and the rgb lights would work but would never reach BIOS

Don’t purchase! It had defected graphics card! Worst service ever! I purchased, got it within 3 days and faced two problems... not working HDMI cable and defective Graphics Card! Bravo Shiva!

This Shiva Gaming Desktop, by Skytech Gaming, was defective when it arrived. There also was no "Quick Start Guide" in the packaging. I hooked everything up accordingly; peripherals first, then power. Then I turned the unit on, and nothing except the unit's RGB lights behind the motherboard. After following the troubleshooting guide provided, I called the Skytech Gaming Support Desk. They refused to stand behind their products. He told me to return it to Best Buy for Exchange or Refund. I then proceeded to tell him that is not how business should be handled, as a company you should stand behind your products and warranty them to the consumer.

I got this computer delivered it to me yesterday, I went to open the GeForce experience app and the computer automatically started downloading something, 15-30 seconds pass by and my screen went black, after that the computer would not start and wouldn’t allow me to do anything. Unfortunately had to return this machine, so sad and disappointed.
