It's a great computer when its not crashing. The GPU itself is crashing and shutting down the whole system. During the first game the GPU force restarted itself. Received an error saying your GPU failed. Need restart.

Mine came in yesterday. It had a faulty graphics card and couldn't even boot up windows...

10/10 would never consider buying again, I'm on day two of debugging issues with the BIOS even wiped everything and did a clean install of windows, finally get it running right...AIO pump dies, tried connecting aio pump on every single header, no dice. hooked up a stock factory cpu cooler into the AIO pump header..runs flawlessly. considering how much it costs you'd think they'd put in a decent AIO but clearly not. already got another AIO im putting in.

returned cause the PC had issues... Turned off and on 3 times while I was first starting it up. The glass panel also had a broken knob.

This is the worst built PC I have ever seen. These guys save on everything including their own consiosness. Give the poorest african kid money and he will build you a much better computer. Every single perriferal and OS constantly glitch and malfunction. I would spit in the face of a person who approved duping consumers this way and shame on BB for allowing this company to trade their garbage products on this platform.

Piece of JUNK.... I turn on the computer and the screen goes black ... I paid extra for the shipping for NOTHING.... BEST BUY AND THIS SKYTECH are JUNK .... (you try calling the store and directs you to service center not connected to the store's geek squad and they tell you "this store has no work at the moment, you can't take it too them " you get to best buy and they freaking tell you we got tons of work .... .:i.. ... someone is lying there.... I have tried contacting them many times and never get proper help. Since Day One the LED lighting hasnt worked. They said they could replace my keyboard and mouse but that was it.. The computer has constant problems and I may have to just buy something else at this point. ALSO IT IS NOT LIQUID COOLED!!! Hopefully someone sees this. Go look at cyberpower seems to be better quality

Bought this PC after about a month of research and I will say that this PC is mostly good. It has pretty good specs but it's not the best in the world. For example the motherboard is a Biostar B560MX-E Pro, and while it's not inherently bad, Biostar motherboards have a tendency to not be too reliable. I don't know if it's a problem with the motherboard itself or mine's broken but it throttles way earlier than it should, making me have to limit the PC at 70% maximum efficiency just to run games that it should handle with ease. It's good, don't get me wrong, but if you plan to buy this PC, you probably shouldn't unless you plan to install a new motherboard eventually.

Misleading specification I got a window 10 operating system and the specification said it was a window 11 the motherboard has no TPM. The mouse was bronken on arrival could not use the mouse to setup the computer I should have listened to the other reviews before buying this gaming PC I have to go back to bestbuy to get help with this problem

Horrible! I did not even get through the set up and the computer quit taking input from the keyboard. Had to return the machine 45 minutes away and they did not want to process the refund. Had to get a manager to take care of the return, had the machine less than 3 hours.

Not impressed had bought one and the UBS ports did not work. Exchanged for another one and one of the fans stopped working. This all happens the first day of unpacking. Called their customer service and they were helpful. Ended up buying a different brand.

i read the few bad reviews and took the gamble. I reaaaallllllly wanted this to work out. For the money, this seemed like great value considering the market. Unfortunately, it would not boot up. I will be returning this and continuing my search.

Id give this negative stars if i had an option this pc has been giving me nothing but problems from day one faulty ram to now it just shut off gonna take it to my local shop for help worst pc company ever

Dont buy this pc from best buy. If something goes wrong, they schedule your appointment past your return date. I got a pc that doesnt work and skytech gaming doesnt answer the phone.

My teenage son had this system less than two weeks and it started going into a blue screen. Thankfully it did it two days before I couldn't return it anymore.

Died within weeks. Be very careful when buying these computer. Mine would blue screen anytime I tried playing a video game only a few weeks after buying.

I am not rating at this time. It is not able to use Windows11. When I can get it to run on Windows 11 I will give it a high rating.

Power supply problems! Would shut off frequently. Do not recommend unless you are going to return item.

Drivers didn’t come downloaded can’t play any games can’t change display resolution

Wouldn’t turn on. Video card no good. A big let down for a Christmas Present
