Basically a repackage of Platinum Edition but far less bonus. If you don't own the Platinum Edition, this is the way to go.

The picture quality was ok, I was expecting a whole new picture remake. Not completely satisfied with the quality.

The 2 disc 50th anniversary is far superior boating MORE supplement bonus features and the SAME fantastic video transfer - no need to upgrade to this inferior edition despite the "diamond edition" label

It was an old movie that they put in Blue Ray. I thought at least a newer movie. So we're pretty disappointed. The movie is pretty short too.

The Diamond Edition line continues with Sleeping Beauty. Disney once again delivers with a fantastic looking Blu-ray release. The only negative about this release is the missing Special Features that were available on the last Blu-ray release (Platinum Edition). The exclusive lenticular slipcover is gorgeous. A must have for any collection!

Seeing this again as an adult, I was surprised how great it is. The quality of this bluray is on par with many from Disney. If you appreciate this film I would say this is the best it has ever been released.

I loved this movie since I was a kid, I was excited to find out that it was going to re-release again, the quality of the picture is excellent and the audio is superb, couldn't have asked for a better release.

As the DVD author for the 2008 release of the same movie, I have a special love for this movie. Even though the story is quite predictable for adults, it is still a perfectly fine film for children.
