Great Halloween pic and a classic tale. Fun to watch for older kids. Tiny kids can still get a little scared.

Great Tim burton flick, and an awesome horror movie!

Sleepy hollow is a good movie to a classic horror story. The only bad thing about sleepy hollow is if anybody who knows New York including New Yorkers is that they made a mistake in the opening credits. If you going up the Hudson River from New York City to Tarrytown and you're following the line of the Hudson River the river will be on your left side not the right side. That's the biggest mistake that they made in the whole entire movie. Otherwise the movie has a great storyline with Johnny Depp and Christina Ricci. The supporting cast in the movie is very well done the acting was very well done and the storyline was pretty decently done. Overall again I'd say three and a half almost four stars for this movie.

While not Burton's best, this is one of my favorites and benefits from a great gothic atmosphere.

I watch this movie just about every year around Halloween. This year, i introduced my 14 year olds to it. One of my kids is VERY picky with what she likes. Her comments when asked what she thinks about something is usually “Meh” or “it was okay”. After watching this movie for the first time, said “It was really good”. High praises from her. So both kids bought their own copies.

With a watch if you haven’t seen it before. He’s good in most of his work

Normally older movies like this don’t come at the low price of 5 dollars

Unfortunately, this film does not hold up when compared with Depp's role in "From H_ll" where he is a also a nineteenth century investigator. As Ickabod Crane in this reaching tale, his range is limited by Tim Burton's heavy handed Direction. Danny Elfman's soundtrack is average as well.
