Previously had a HP slimline and wanted to replace it. This model was on sale and works great. I like that the monitor can be placed on top of the computer to save space. Also, like the all black color. Always have had great success with HP and Best Buy. Especially the rewards program as I got $25 back!

A good computer for basic use (Internet, emails, working spreadsheets). May be a little slow for some, but can be easily upgraded with extra ram for about $25. No complaints so far

Sometimes have trouble with turning this computer off. Most of the times the light stays on in the on button. If the number lock stays lit on the key board the system is still on. Also received at least two notices about the graphics system with no real explanation of the cost if any!

First HP update screwed it up and it's been slower than the ten year old Vista dairy cow it replaced ever since

I like the machine HP has never failed me. They are well built . The components work. The warranty is good, though I’ve only needed to use one time...

Keep in mind that this is a NOT a gaming machine nor one meant for complex or graphic intensive projects. That being said, if you are looking for a very basic machine to perform specific tasks such as running Office or serve as a torrent box, then it is more than enough.

Bought new computer. Opened box, dicouvered it was used. Drove 100 miles back to store. Got exchange for NEW computer + $50 gift card. Not fun but reasonable.

Bought this tower for my mom because hers was obsolete and slower than molasses. No complaints. Hp never lets me down. Now I don't have to hear her yell at the computer for going slow while she's playing pogo.

We purchased this product to introduce our elementary age students to the style of computer used for the schools standardize testing. It fits the bill.

It is doing the job I need it to do.But I got the protection but it was not what I thought it was. For now on I will ask more questions for sure.

Bought this tower to pair with an old Samsung monitor for my accounting office. I do no streaming or gaming. Works for my uses just fine.

This computer works ok but it is very basic, not real fast and nothing fancy, and may or may not be a good choice depending on your needs.

I very much enjoy this computer. It is great for the work I need to do at home. The processing speed is good. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is needing a new desktop computer. I fulfills all my needs.

Bought the computer to use for surfing the internet on TV. Bought two Inovo first and had problems with both models.
