Computer is excellent, but Microsoft fails again. Takes two logins EVERY time in order to start a session. I plan to abandon Win-10 and load Ubuntu Linux. Ubuntu lives up to their claim... It just works, period.

this PC is sooooo slooooow . I have taken it back to Geek Squad twice, had it gone thru on line and it is nothing but a pile of junk!! Sorry excuse for a computer! Freezes up constantly, very, very slow. I have had the internet connection checked, working great, 50 mps speed, strong wifi signal, Best buy is going to get this back! Don't know if it's the AMD-8 processor or what. Have had 4 HP computers. with intel processor and didn't have any problems other than getting outdated.

The knowledgeable and patient sales agent helped us with this desktop and Microsoft Office 365, which updated our old desktop perfectly. Along with a Geek Squad agent, he made our computer replacement very smooth.

Doing good till now , although sometimes slow , thanks for the protection provided by HP

We use the computer for Internet surfing, ordering needed items, email, and saving pictures.

I had a friend help me set it up to function like Windows 7. I avoid using Windows 10 as much as possible. It will work even better once I figure out how to undo most of what the Geek Squad did!! 1

MY computer needs are very limited since I am retired and use the computer for shopping and E-Mail

easy to use. I needed a computer for school and this works well.

Was easy to set up but is much slower than my old computer.

I'm satisfied with the product. Only thing i don't like on it is that the disc loader is sideways

very pleased but need to return to repair or replace power button doesn't always connect

If you are used to using a faster computer, spend the extra money and go with the Intel processor with more RAM. Best Buy was great though and let me return the computer after 30 days and at the same time I bought a Dell desktop from them for a few hundred dollars more.

Bought as gift decent pic for the price. Not beefy or powerful. Simple options.

The performance on this PC is poor. I had to double the RAM to make to acceptable. It still is not great but it will accomplish what I need it to do. I expected so much more from it. I will never buy another HP again. I will go back to Dell

This system was barely useable, and so I had to return it. It was ok for streaming movies but a lot of other tasks was undeniably slow. I give it 2 stars since I was able to stream movies.

Not the fastest AMD chip available, but for the cost, it is still a steady multi-tasking computer with the RAM and ROM that it has to get the job done.
