||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it two weeks and it started to have a hardware problem , took it back and the geek heads told me 3 to 5 days for this problem, then a fire accured at the Vacaville store and now I don't now when I'll get it back, and when I call about the computer I get put on hold to have the phone cut off ,I'll spend my money else were bestbuy!

Never buy an "open box" computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great price on CPU without a box, manual, cords, etc. Problem is, it was built several years ago and every time HP tries to update things, it goes down and I have to take it back to the Geek Squad. I asked if it was re-furbished they said no, they had just checked it out. Supposedly not used just returned. It is too late for me to return it too, so I have to keep having the Geek Squad patch patch patch.
