Recently had to replace an old computer and picked this one because of its low price. We have 2 computers and this one is our secondary computer. The Geek Squad transferred the data from our old computer and set this one up perfectly. I really didn't expect it to be this fast and efficient but I am very surprised. Tickled to death.

I haven't had time to finish setting up the product, but I know it will do everything I expect because I trust Best Buy.

I purchased this for a basic home computer use. It can play the games my kids use and works fine for my needs as well.

The computer performs well but is actually slower than the one I replaced. Also, my old operating system was Windows XP and the new one is Windows 10. I was disappointed that the two systems were not compatible. I am still in the process of trying to figure out how to use/transfer my old pictures and files with this new computer.

I needed to update my 11 year old desktop. I needed a basic pc to grade papers, shop online, mist basic stuff. Good value for the money, ample storage for me.

Average speed. did not accommodate my HP Photosmart 3180 printer so I had to buy a new one. But the price was right!

Needed a fairly inexpensive PC that was still powerful enough to run common PC apps like office. This fit the bill.

This is slower that I anticipated, however, for our family it is a backup computer so I wasn't looking for top of the line. It does what I need it to do.

Just what we needed. We love the even cooking too - no more hard spots in our potatoes!

The only complaint I have is that it really needs more RAM to operate on windows 10, but it is a relatively easy process to add RAM to the machine.

Its ok for basic stuff but you should get the one with more memory. It takes a while to load everything.

It was a little tough to navigate in the beginning but once that was fixed at it became very easy and I enjoyed it and it works very well

Good computer for the money. Did have an issue with the Microsoft PIN number that caused a headache but I assume that is on windows not HP.

OUTSTANDING VALUE FOR HOME DESKTOP. HANDLES BOTH BUSINESS AND PERSONAL MATTERS.

This computer is really great for gaming it does a little bit of gaming but not too much high quality games. Especially if they are in full screen it takes a few minutes for it to put you in full screen.
