This slingbox is the best slingbox product I've used to date.

This allows me to have only one cable account and watch my home cable and saved programs while I am travelling.

I'm happy so far. Using this allows me to watch TV wherever I am in the world, which is nice because I travel for work. I also bought a Amazon Fire TV which has the sling box app and makes streaming through a TV nice and easy. A small lag when changing channels, using guide/DVR but streaming works good.

Slingbox came just as advertised - easy to install and use, access where ever you have an Internet signal. Be prepared for shows skipping, pausing, depending on the connection.

The Slingbox is a very good alternative method to receive TV broadcasts at a secondary location without having to pay for a second service. I found it very annoying that the app required to use the service cost extra and was not explained at the time of purchase and that for each device the app has to purchased and can not be shared. If the price was $25 more and the app included I would still have bought it. I do not like being nickel and dimed to death with hidden added charged. It is also annoying that since the app was installed on my iPhone, when I use it, if I need to answer a call, I have to exit the Slingbox app.

very easy to install and to manage and works really good

I love the SLINGBOX 500 I take my TV with me anywhere and everywhere, never miss a home game during football season and get local news all the time. The apps for the mobile devices are a bit pricey but one time fee only thing is IPAD and IPHONE apps are independent of each other so you have to purchase both.

I love being out of town and watching MY tv.I first bought the other slingbox and realized I needed more components. The 500 has EVERYTHING.I got connected right away and just plain love it!

I used it with my Tivo to watch TV shows that I am away from home.

Love my sling box. Can now watch programs from my DVR anywhere from all my portable devices.

I am currently working in Saudi Arabia. I had heard about Slingbox but was not convinced, I AM NOW! I am watching TV programs just like I was sitting at home in Texas, it's GREAT. Thanks for carrying the product Best Buy and Thank You Slingbox for letting me be just a little bit closer to home.

not cheap but serves a useful purpose. i was in florida at a hotel unable to watch a specific basketball game on hotel tv. with slingbox i was able to watch my program through my tv on a tablet.

Great product. Easy to install. Only downsides are it completely controls the cable box so when I am watching baseball on the road my wife either has to want to or move to a different location.

I had an earlier slingbox and it took many phone calls to the Sling folks to get it up and running. The 500 was amazingly easy to get set up and gives a great picture to my cell phone and IPAD. It's the best device I've ever owned. My brother bought one this week and he also loves it!
