I am pleased with this product. It was very easy to set up. It allows me to watch TV during my lunch hour. It doesn't allow you to watch different programs on your TV and mobile device at the same time,. However, I still think it's a great product.

Couldn't be happier with the performance and picture quality. Watched a Bears game on my phone on MNF while siting at a Cubs game using my LTE data. Friend commented how clear the picture was on my phone with a cell signal.

This helped me save money in terms of cable and watching my shows.

I am extremely happy with my sling box. Once set up it works well and is very easy to use. I do think though that the set up instructions could be better. I found that I had to figure out on my own how to enter some of the required information.

Very good HD TV. Very good customer support for installation. When I use it on my Galaxy Note 2 , it keeps getting disconnected every now & then, I don't know why.

I recently bought an RV and am starting to a bit of fun traveling. I hated the idea of missing my TV while on the road or at an RV park. I love my football and recorded TV. This product gives me complete control of my home TV (live or recorded shows) as long as I have a good internet signal or I am connected to wifi. I can access and watch my home tv channels and recordings via computer, mobile device or tablet. The app for a mobile device or tablet is $15 per device 1 time fee. If you are using a laptop or desktop there is no cost. You just need wifi or an unlimited data plan because it probably uses a lot of data. My plan is to get an adapter so I can connect my mobile phone to the TV in the RV to be able to watch on a bigger screen. Keep your fingers crossed for me! If this works it will be exactly what I was looking for.

I can watch my football and racing anywhere I love the slingbox

I've been using this slingbox for about a month now as I live in Germany for the year. It has been a life saver. I can watch TV from home on my iPad and my laptop. Depending on your internet connection depends on quality but it's been great.

in the last 5 years I had the lesser sling box solo , then I bought the sling HD pro . I am on the road often. A sling box is a must have for me . Unfortunately ,my HD pro had stopped working after 3 years. The 500 was simple to install , and I have been using, for about a month now with no issues , and it seems faster, Though I cant verify that. My biggest issue is when I am out of town and sometimes have poor internet service the sling viewer on my MAC has no buffering feature, with windows I can pause it and let the stream catch up.

The slingbox has been sensational for many years. I have purchased now four of them. The latest and greatest is truly that. The clarity of the signal is magnificent. I have it mostly for my son to watch 1500 miles away so he can watch his alma mater play football and see other local events. But I also use it at times to keep one eye on a sporting event as my wife and I watch something else on our main tv. Yes, I have my cake and eat it too. The improved HD quality has proven worth getting yet another slingbox. I couldn't be happier.

If you are a cable cutter this is a must have in your home.

This is a great product. Able to view local teams when out of town. Also, can watch games anywhere wifi is available. It is easy to use once you figure it out.

My father-in-law is able to watch his Cubs games. GO CUBBIES

Great product use this while i'm working or traveling to work

Great picture if you have the bandwidth to support the upload speed out into the net. Little fiddling to get all the channels to broadcast with the HDCP. But gets me the channels right on my desktop at work.

I actually love the Slingbox but my complaint is it is extremely slow. It buffers a lot as well and We even have a high bandwidth for Internet to support streaming and we have it hard wired.

Just bought a second home in Florida and this enables us to watch everything available on our cable at home, inclucing DVR and on demand. No need to get cable in the second home.

I have this box set up in my apartment and watch it through the Internet whenever I travel. I have a 10 megabit upload speed in my apartment, and it always works flawlessly with that. Full HD picture every time.
