Confusing on how to Redeem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received the Best Buy email with the Sling Code. So here are the steps on how to redeem the code. Step 1: Click on provided link and paste the code. Click "Redeem." Code Accepted. Wait, wait, I haven't even created an account. Step 2: Create Account. Shouldn't I have created an account first? Anyhow, there is no "Sign up" button. Where is the "Sign up" button? It took me forever to find out how to create an account. I had to go on the home page and click "Lets Sling in." That is the worst way to say " Hey new person create an account here." Step 3: Enter email and select channels. Step 4: Enter credit card. Wait, how is it linking the $30 dollars off to this account? I "redeem" the code before I created an account. Shouldn't it ask me to redeem the code during the checkout process? I am not going to enter my credit card and pray that the promotion somehow links up. What should have been a simple process to sign up and redeem code turned into an epic fail. Guess I won't be trying Sling TV.
