This is a piece of garbage I brought this less than 2 years ago and it’s already died. Unbelievable Best Buy will not help nor the manufacturer. I will really have to consider buying from Best Buy again . And sure as hell will NEVER buy insignia brand again.

I personally dont like the UI and how Sling TV is organized.

We used to like Sling but they really went downhill. The worst was with this promo deal as the DVR wiped out every month and we had to contact them to have it restored. They also didn't record shows that were supposed to be recorded and could provide no explanation.

Not really interested in sling. I get more options with Netflix and Hulu.

Never got it to work right. Too complicated and expensive.

Wasn’t impressed with sling. Went to YouTube tv instead.

Too Expensive Packages. By the time you add on extras that you're interested in, you can have a whopping bill. This of course, is if you want most of the major apps & sports apps.

Haven't been able to use yet. Missing items. I have not been able to use for seven weeks. I've spent hours between Morse Road Best buy and national trying to correct the problem. Staff apathy

This is listed as a "gift" for purchasing an expensive tv but it is worthless if you don't want the service offered. I wish I could have recieved a reduced cost on my tv purchase rather than this thing I have no use for.

Didn't want it, don't want it, will not use it, but... I don't know how or where to remove this.

We tried this but the streaming quality just wasn’t very good and often buffered. We switched to YouTube TV and I’ve had no issues. I don’t recommend Sling.

Got rid of it. User interface is very unfriendly. Add cost of adequate internet access and it costs more than internet and basic cable. Content is no better and more difficult to navigate.

If you use your tv without hooking it up to wifi this is not available to you. I want to use internet through my media center not my tv. Should be available online not just through the tv itself.

Very disappointed as I was not told that this was available to me. I also don’t know what they mean by free DVR for life. Are they going to pay my cable company??

Sling TV is not my favorite streaming service by any means. If you’re looking for a quality streaming service, look at YouTube TV. I’ve tried them all.
