Sling is alright. There are better options out there that include more channels for just slightly more money. Also, if you combine the certain channel package options that Sling offers, it is more expensive than other options out there.

Definitely a viable alternative to the big cable companies. All depends on what you’re looking for/value when it comes to your tv/Internet. If you can find just a good value internet only plan, this can be a great option for your tv needs.

Got a 2 month free trial with purchase of another product...but never tried it....took a look at the number of channels for the price and wasnt impressed. Might be a good choice for some people, but not me. To each his own

I tried Sling for the first time a year ago and I still have it. I have Sling Orange with ESPN and most of the channels I used to watch on cable. I added the Sports Package for the SEC Network and other extra sports channels. I love it.

Came for free. It was totally worth all the monies. I bought it for an ex. She broke up with me. I don't think it was Sling's fault but I haven't ruled it out. WHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYY Rochelle? Why did you dump me?

It's not too bad with the discount, but I wouldn't pay full price unless more sports and entertainment channels were included. I think a true a la carte method needs to be available to choose the channels you really want.

Streaming tv has been going up in price but it's still cheaper than cable. Sling is very lax about using it on multiple tvs in multiple households. IIRC it's like a limit of 2 or 3 depending on the plan. Minimal if any geofencing.

Ok Sling TV is like TV on steroids'. You can watch and choose just about all your TV providers at a way low rate compared to Direct TV and Dish. Plus you can take Sling on the go how how amazing is that?

I really don’t remember having this or signing up for it but apparently I did have it. I guess I don’t use it so can’t really recommend it or not. I have heard good things about it though.
