I loved the magnetic attachment which allows the cover to be attached and removed in seconds.

Best choice for Ipad Air, just wish it cost about $40

OK, I wanted to like the snazzy little cover from Apple - it had supposedly been redesigned for the new Air, but after a week, I'm disappointed. The tri-fold design seems to be less secure than older versions when using the iPad on a desktop (or tray table) to have hands free viewing. It always started to unfold! It's a dirt magnet! Yes, a light color will always show more but regardless, once marked, its impossible to clean. The magnetic attachment points are easy to disrupt separating the cover while it is in a backpack or purse. And not to state the obvious, but I will, it offers no protection for the rear of the case. I would be hard pressed to recommend this to anyone who actually uses or travels with their iPad Air.

I like that it turns iPad off when I close it. Not sure how well it protects iPad though.

I use my iPad in my work. Each week I am making presentations utilizing my iPad Air. If i want to have my iPad Air set up in profile rather than landscape view the iPad will not stay open (or in position) as securely as the iPad 2 magnetic cover did. The reason is the iPad 2 cover (lid) had 3 bends in it. The iPad Air cover (lid) only has 2. So when it is opened and folded into place it just is NOT as stable. For most people this may not matter. However in my line of work I see it as a major design flaw. Apple or an after market vendor needs to redesign this accessory.

Product was as described. Like new condition. Saved some money over new.

There are better covers. It won't give you the best protection, but it's all I need.
