    We knew we needed something to cover the screen, so we purchased this without much thought. A little disappointed that it doesn't stay upright very well when just operating on your lap. Tends to slide apart if not on a flat surface.

    The Apple cover for the iPad 3/4 design was actually nicer because when it was folded under it supported the iPad better for vertical display and had slightly more lift when it was flat. I also miss my blue. But, it does the job.

    When you close the cover, there is a noticeable gap between the cover and iPad. I thought I got a bad cover so I exchange for a different one. Same thing. The gap was at the first folding point closer to the hinge area.

    The magnet work the first week but weaker after that, it calapsed several times...but it does a good job protecting the screen...
