Guenuine Apple product. Fits the iPad Air2 perfectly. The outside of the cover is a rubber/silicone type material. Makes for easy cleaning vs the leather that was on the original iPad covers. Inside cover is a soft felt type material. The cover folds in three sections, making it easy to prop up your iPad Air2. Happy with the product. Shipping was very fast.

This particular case does the job. Light to carry and black is a good fit with the iPad. This cover protects your iPad while you can use it as a stand to keep the iPad upright so you can watch videos or movies.

Perfect fit for the iPad Air 2. I particularly like how the tablet automatically goes in/out of sleep mode when the cover is opened/closed. Only negative is the stand is a little unstable--fine for viewing but not stable enough to tap the screen in upright position without supporting with other hand.

The color of the red cover is bright and the functionality is what I expected. All I wanted was a simple cover that can cover the screen and protect the nice gold back of my iPad Air 2 when i lay it down to use. The smart cover achieved just that. The magnets are sufficient to to give a satisfying click and are strong enough to hang an iPad Air 2 from air.

Probably my own fault for not looking close enough before purchasing buy this one does not have notches/thingy's to hold the iPad to view it. Other than that it is very nice. I would recommend one that has a smart cover AND the stand-up option.

Good for what it is. It looks great with the white and gold iPad Air 2. I just wish Apple made a full white case for more complete protection, like they do with some of the other colors, and not just a cover. But, that being said, it does what it is meant to do and does it effectively.

I purchased this around the time that I bought my iPad Air. It does a great job of protecting the iPad and it's screen. I personally prefer a screen protector on my devices regardless of the case. It's worth the buy.

I bought this cover for my iPad Air - Gold color. The cover looks amazing with the white and gold on the iPad. Best Buy seems to be the only store that carries this color in my area. The iPad cover is a pure white color and is well designed by Apple

I have had a few Generations of iPads and was always a fan of the Smart Covers. I even had one for my iPad mini, so it was a no brainier to get it for my Air 2. Honestly though, this cover left much to be desired. I knew there was no back protection, however my complaint is with the hinge. The hinge on this cover is less magnetic then even the iPad minis cover, in fact pressing anything on the upper 1/3 of the display in landscape mode with the iPad standing up would cause the Smart Cover to become disconnected from the iPad. I'm outside the return policy so I'm just glad I got it cheap. I recommend instead getting the Apple Leather Case for your iPad. Sure it's a bit more expensive, but it covers it better and the stand has given me zero problems.

This cover attaches surprisingly easily and does not pull off unless you want it to. Color is accurate as depicted online.

I was excited when I received my my iPad Air Smart Cover. When I opened the box, I was confused! There was only one piece… I was able to quickly figure out how to put that one piece on, but unfortunately that piece only covered the front of my precious iPad Air! There was no protection at all for the back! I need/was looking for protection for the front AND the back! Total protection? The pros-this 'Smart Cover' is beautiful! I purchased the red, and it's a gorgeous color! The material is soft, the kind you want to run your hands over… Cons-Nowhere near the protection I was looking for. I'll either need to buy another type of protection for the back, or return this and buy a while new type… :(

The color is great and the cover wakes up the iPad as advertised. My only complaint is that the magnet isn't very strong, and it comes off way too easily. Unfortunately, this one problem makes the cover pretty much unusable for me.

This case is fits the iPad snug and has very clean design details. Great features such as multiple standing positions and sleep/wake by simply opening and closing the screen cover gives the case a modern feel. The case is made of very durable material that covers both the screen and back side of the iPad.

It does the job, plus gets clean even after a long time using it.

Simple, elegant, effective product, just as you'd expect from Apple. Does exactly what it's supposed to do.
