Construction is a little flimsy

Lint trap door very hard to open

Quality not what I expected.

Very noisy/defective

The first had defects on the glass, which was not a big deal, but I paid for something new, so I expected it to be new.Therefore, we exchanged the washer. The second washer was better looking, but it was so loud and made a whining noise when water came into the drum. It was so loud I decided to exchange for another brand. LG needs to have a better quality assurance department.

I was told when I purchased the washer that the delivery men would not hook it up unless I purchased new hose but they did hook up to the hose I had. I returned the rubber hose.
