It cost more to ship than the product costs, and we were not able to buy it at the Best Buy in our town when we bought the range. I purchased the item on the day of the install, and was told to go across town to pick it up. When I got there, they said I could not pick it up because Best Buy saves them for their installs. I had to buy a similar product from our installer. I feel that after I spent $3K at Best Buy for my kitchen remodel, I should have been better accommodated as far as customer service goes. I bought my new refrigerator somewhere else due to this.

I would rather they charge me the cost in my appliance and just include this item. Specially when the installers won't install the appliance if I request to use my own hose purchased separately.
