was sold the wrong part despite checking 3 times
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I checked online, by phone, ordered online and again re-checked when I picked this item up in the store. Apparently, in Massachusetts, this 4 foot length is ILLEGAL. It has to be 3 foot length. The salesperson in the Burlington Massachusetts store swore up and down it was the correct part. When the installer arrived, he said it was not correct and I was forced to pay extra money to purchase his off the truck as well as the extra time it took to bring the incorrect one back to the store. I would never recommend Best Buy appliances to friends due to this and other hassles associated with buying our range.
