When my husband and I were preparing to move into our new house, we discovered the dryer outlet had 4 prongs. Our dryer cord had 3 prongs. We quickly went to Best Buy and they recommended the Smart Choice 4 prong cord. It was easy to install and works perfectly.

This cord saved me and my family. Move from a home that requires a three prong and I had to purchase this one for our new home. When I tell you start up flawless and easy to follow for hook up.

Not much to say other than it is an electric cord that you need to make the machine run. Quite frankly, I am not sure why the cord doesn't come free. This is like being charged to purchase a key to start your car. Nevertheless, since it was a floor model, I had to buy a cord and it works.

Hooked up power cord to new dryer. No instructions on wiring just color coded and works fine. A little ridiculous to have to buy a power cord for an electric appliance as it’s worthless without it but I guess it’s the price of admission.

So far, this has been a quality product for a good price at the store. The delivery team was unable to plug in this product to our outlet, because we had a different styled outlet. This was not a big deal, because I went to a local hardware store, got a 4 prong outlet and quickly switched it out with the other.

Great plug if it's the right one for your house. Don't be like me and forget to look at the outlet before buying your product and have to return and get the proper one after you get home and realize its wrong

This cord is going to be needed based on the set-up of your home. Make sure to notice if you house has a three prong or four prong set-up. My house has a 4 prong and I had to buy this cable which was excellent. Thanks to the guys at best-buy that pointed it out!

Not much to say. Needed a new one for the new dryer I was purchasing and it was conveniently available. Delivery men would not place old cord on new dryer, so needed to buy new one or finish install myself. Elected to buy new new one and have the dryer working when they left. Works great.

I had an electric cord from my last dryer but wanted to replace it since the other is a little over 10 years old. I don't agree having to buy one but do understand thay 2 different plugs could be used. The only down fall was the price other than that it works great and is a perfect length.
