    4ft hose was not long enough to use for the location of the dryer. Should assess with customer length of hose needed based on distance to gas line. Installer walked away with hose we could not use.

    THIS IS A GREAT ITEM BUT I NEEDED 6 FOOT LONG AND BEST BUY DOES NOT HAVE THEM SO I HAD TO PURCHASE MY OWN FROM A PLUMBING SUPPLY.
