Incorrect Connection going to gas line to dryer

I still had to go to homedepot and figure out the size myself which is what I was trying to avoid in purchasing directly from best buy

I went back to the Best Buy store to return it and found the store was closed due to the covid situation. Still, have it waiting for them to reopen.

Bad Experience

It had obviously been used by someone previously and then returned. What a horrible experience having to pay the plumber for an extra to go to Home Depot to get a substitute.

Best Buy install is a waste of time

It’s the wrong size. They couldn’t install and it was 3 days late. They didn’t ask what size outlet was in my house so the house didn’t fit. You would think an installation crew would have a few different sizes with them…..

I was told that I needed a 5 or 6 foot instead of the 4 foot I was sold. I'm returning it. I had brought the manual from my original dryer so the salesperson wouldn't make a mistake.
