This was the wrong size and had to be returned. But good quality

Per the Best Buy installer this product is not legal in MA. He refused to install the dryer with it and said only option was to buy a $50 one from him that of course he brought with him. Or else, as he is a licenced plumber would not install the dryer and break MA codes.

Make sure that your installer knows what he/she is doing - make sure that they do the "soap" test to ensure that the gas line is hooked up correctly. We had two service calls and one replacement gas line. This might be the "cheap" one.

Made me buy installation stuff for an installation that never happened. I had to waste my time returning it. Best Buy should have known that the third party they contracted with was incompetent.

If i could give it zero starts i would! Horrible, caused a gas leak in my home and i had to get socal to come fix it and they replaced the product and deemed it unsafe and dangerous.

Line that was used was the wrong size. Did not finish install and made me get parts to decrease size. Had to buy my own line that was the appropriate size and did not use this line. Was charged for a wrong part.

Was also sold this item which was the wrong fit for the dryer I was sold. Total disaster!

I could not use what you sent me because it was the wrong size. I tried to exchange it, but the local store did not have the 1/2” connection. I need to return it. I had to purchase the right size at another store.

I was asked to add this to my purchase but when the delivery and setup team, I found this laying on the ground. Perhaps I already had one at home and I wasn’t told I didn’t need this one?

The gas line hook up for my new dryer was not new! It was hooked up with holes in the line and caused my home to smell like gas. I have a toddler and we could not sleep in our own home due to this issue.

Package came with the gas line, but not the proper attachments. I had to go to Home Depot to get a new package.

Noticed description of hose doesn’t have the size indicated. They installed a shorter 48” hose so my lint hose has to be bent in order for the dryer to be placed in the only position. It reaches.

What a horrible piece of crap this is. And beware of delivery guys. They are very rude and will steal from you.

Store sales person ordered wrong size saying that is what the computer said we need for install.

Was sold this as the only way delivery would install the unit, but delivery refused to install so there was no need to replace what I had. I returned it without issue though for a full refund. Was only out the extra trip to the store.

Do not use this hose. It is flimsy causing a leak. The Gas company came and shut our gas for the entire house. In this cold weather it was not appreciated.

Had to go to Home Depot to get the correct size for my gas dryer and that’s unacceptable considering I bought the dryer from Best Buy and they sold me the wrong size connector.

Installers Brought The Wrong Size Gas Line For My Dryer And Brought 2 of The Same Size ?

Didn't fit my gas outlet and couldn't return because of a 15 day return limit - that's the shortest return window I've ever encountered...

my challenge was that i needed an additional piece for my install that best buy did not sell. in addition, i did not find out that i needed this piece until after the installers were at my home. my sales rep dropped the ball.
