Missing connector

Five actual service calls and three cancelled service calls were required over more than two weeks before the product was installed. The dimensions on the product are accurate but not reliable because the product takes more space with plugs, hoses, piping and venting. The gas line sold to me did not have one of the required attachment pieces. The first vent kit that was ordered from Sears specifically suggested by the salesman was the wrong kit. The first kit had to be returned, at my expense, and the second kit shipped, again at my expense. Best Buy needs to assist customers with any side venting kits. Its ridiculous to sell a product and not be able to provide the side vent kit needed. However, every delivery and installation person was very pleasant and sympathetic but could not do their jobs in a timely fashion.
