    delivery crew are not plumbers. they took adapter off when trying to hook up (still attached to old unit) and did not complete hookup. (I was at work, my wife was home) plumber friend came by and did hookup next day (he had spare parts). will use unit after moving vent and dryer location. not happy adapter left my house with old dryer. that's why I couldn't do hook up myself and needed help.
