Nope. They messed up my install, delivered a broken dryer then told me I had to come into the store in person in order to get a refund after ALL of the mess was their fault. I had to keep hanging up and calling customer service over and over until I got someone to process the refund and return properly.

required i suppose but seemed expensive. Haven't had any problems, so i guess that is good.

The gas line was too small for our gas pipe so had to buy another one and install the dryer on our own...

We were sold the wrong line then charged extra at installation to correct the error.......BS.

Instal was very simple please let a profesional instal this you never know.

Standard equipment, nothing special! Same equipment could have been purchased at a hardware store prior to installation!

When stacking washer and dryer, you need a longer hose to reach the ground and have enough length to pull units away from wall.

There is nothing to review about this, but I got a old stock with ripped boxes. Luckily didn’t loose anything but just check

Not sure why you have to use their product only. We had a new kit from Home Depot but they refused to use it.

I use these dryer gas lines in new homes that I build and they work well.

Ok for what is it given that you have no choice but to buy them if you want BestBuy to install the dryer.

This was required to buy when I bought the dryer. It is good because I needed a new gas line for my dryer as my other one was very old.

We bought a gas dryer and this was not the kit in the picture. We just got a hose with no connectors, etc. So we had to still go out to a hardware store to buy the correct kit with all the "trimmings." Once we had that, we were able to hook up our dryer. So I guess this is not a full review for the kit shown in the picture but just be aware that if you order this you may not get the right items to hook up your gas dryer yourself..

How do I rate something I cannot see or know how it works? It is a gas line installed with the machine and located behind it out of sight.

The gas line has works fine with no issues since I purchased couple weeks ago.

Turns out of needed electric dryer. Took forever to credit my account

1. Online ordering - FAIL ( No one reads what you write in the comments section of the order. They show up and then say can’t install it on any floor that is not the first and need 4 people. 4 man job they say need verbal confirmation for appointments , why have an online system then ) 2. Resheduling Appointment- FAIL ( 13days + 5days to install a fridge and washer dryer ? how are you still in business ? ) 3. Returns - FAIL ( System is so broken it processes return of appliances to billing instead of delivery address ) 4. In service appointment - FAIL ( Appointment window 12-4, your men show up at 9:00PM, after 3 phone calls to your call center. ) 5. Payment Refund - FAIL ( Returns only for items was refunded and services which you didnt provide another phone call with a 10 minute wait ) 6. Call center - FAIL ( minimum 2 transfers to talk to any one who can do something )
