Buy warranty

Completely unnecessary

I had to call the plumber who installed the gas line to do the hook up and he bought the proper hose. We gave him this one as partial payment.

My installation required it & it's still not right

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was part of the installation I had to pay for but I have been getting an error message that the vents are clogged since I first got the dryer. It's not the regular dryer vent that you clean between loads, so it has to be the dryer or the back one which Best Buy installed. I spent two hours on hold with them & finally they answered & said they couldn't get a repair person out for another two weeks. When they finally showed up, they were in a big moving van & said they were installation guys, not repair & couldn't do anything. . . So back to square one. My dryer still sends the error message & doesn't dry clothes completely. Poor business practices, Best Buy!!!!

But you might as well get it at the Home Depot and save yourself the cash. Plus the Home Depot offer ones with safety features. This is like bottom of the barrel quality.

Great gas line-Bad Install

Best Buy took over a month to complete the install and left us without a washer and dryer for over a week. The installers forgot to bring this part with them on the initial installation attempt.

BESTBUY IS RUNNING A SCAM TAKING PEOPLES MONEY
