Eventhough we had this item and didn't need/ want to purchase it, we were told that we had to. After jumping through hoops, to get the refund, we lost the money anyways. No Bueno.

You shouldn’t need to purchase all this extra stuff when all the lines are there already it’s ridiculous. I feel like I had no choice the lines that were there previously were more than sufficient.

This is a gas line for the dryer, seems to be a good product

When I had to have a professional fix my dryer (right after it was installed by Best Buy) they told me that this part that was installed was a used part. They also told me it was installed so tightly that it was splayed. So can I recommend a used part?.....no.

Overall is was a horrible experience. The team that best buy hire to install the appliance are useless, they went 5 times to my apartment to install a simple laundry center and every time they went they find a issue with the parts that I bought from best buy to make sure I don't have to spent my own time find out everything that the appliance required but apparently best buy do such an absurd job that BEST BUY cant even provide these right, I end up hiring a installation guy since I couldn't take any more ridiculous excuses and issues

We ordered an appliance July 21, in store. There have been two delivery appointments, both of which were botched. First one the delivery truck did not have our appliance to install. Second appointment the delivery truck had the wrong appliance. In both cases, we moved furniture and took down shelves in order to make a clear path for the appliance. Neither time were we informed that there was not going to be an actual delivery. The ware house knew a day ahead that our product did not go with the delivery truck, but did not tell us. We are not happy. Now we are told the appliance has been discontinued by GE.

if you already have these, use the same ones. No need to get new ones

It's a line that brings gas to your dryer. You need it.

The product was suggested to add with the gas dryer purchase, but was not readily compatible with the dryer. The product likely works well, but was not appropriate for the dryer connection without additional purchases.

Disappointed that I had to buy it separately from dryer.

So I bought the hose when I purchased the washer/dryer. But no one told me to check the size of the gas line valve before buying one. Mine didn't match what they gave me. Not a big deal but I needed additional hardware that I didn't have when they came to install it.

This was definitely needed for a new instal of your gas dryer

Best-buy Installers came to my house with dryer, washer and refrigerator. However, they didn't install them and go away. They didn't give us this item I bought. That made me mad. At that time, I needed to install and use it immediately so I called handyman to install them. He bought some materials to install them. I was very surprised with Best-buy's worst service. I don't want to buy any item in Best buy any more. Never ever, ever never. No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I believe this is required if you have Best Buy install. It seems longer that is necessary and with the way it connects to the dryer and the wall, it forces the dryer to be further from the wall than the requirements. There should be a better design.

Most new items work well at first. Ask me in a year.
