Installation gone wrong

They could not install it properly where the dryer needed to be placed. I had to do I myself with 2 lines because they were in a hurry to leave. They left without the install completed properly.

Wow - Nice Try

The guy who delivered and installed could not have put less effort into it. Five minutes into the first use, the vent pipe disconnected and throwing CO2 into our house. Home Depot - here we come!

Wrong line for dryer

Installation crew said I could go to Best Buy and exchange. I’m 0.7 miles from store. Why couldn’t installer go get correct line. “ that’s not how it works, you have to exchange “ Horrible customer service

I ended up returning them and buying all the proper things needed at Lowe’s.
