Installers brought the wrong size
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product suggests that the correct size (or perhaps multiple sizes) would be brought during the installation so that it would work with your home. FALSE!! Installers came this morning - took a half day so they could install it - and couldn't because the size was wrong. When I tried to exchange the line and reschedule the appointment, they couldn't because it was all still in "transit".

Had to find another person to install. Who i had to pay.. The second set of installers had no idea how to hook up dryer. No one answer phone. No help whatsoever.

Gas leak from too large gas tubing for dryer.

The gas co had to come by next morning after an all nite gas leak that i didnt notice till i opened the laundry room door. They informed me the tubing was too large. Id think Best Buy woukd know what they were doing.
