I was told I would receive a credit for this flexible hose. Delivery people would not give me the credit. Now I have 12ft. Of hosing.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fridge was damaged when this was brought inside my home , ( Back of appliance and scratched on side of freeze door , had to reject the appliance being installed , one of the technicians got upset when i told him to be careful with my fridge really a bad experience he ended up dropping the unit hard on the floor with the dollie ( really thought he was really having a bad day ) Really hoping whetever was going on for him that day is okay now . I had to let go the appliance just bought , and have this being returned to the warehouse . Great fridge , great value , but bad experience with best buy crew .

I was told to purchase one, and then the delivery crew brought one. I had to return the one I had purchased. A small, bur avoidable, annoyance.

Bad Kit
