Bends easily

This came with the refrigerator but not needed

Better safe than sorry, so it came with the delivery. It was not needed as I expected, but to get the refund needed to bring it back to the store.

I believe the price for the water line was high

However, the installers brought their own water line so did not use this one that was delivered with the fridge. I was able to return it no problem at a Best Buy store.
