Works just fine I haven’t had any problems no leaks

The line was recommended when the refrigerator was ordered but it did not fit. Not sure how to make sure it is the right one. It was the only one that came up during the ordering process. I would check before ordering next time.

Did not need. My old connector worked fine. The store gave me a refund

I had to run out while the installers were here, and i had to purchase a new one that was longer because the one they had wasn't long enough, so I spent more money and it was inconvenient.

Night this fire the install and they installed the incorrect part, should have been a Y for the dryer and washer… FAIL

Works fine, but is expensive. Was forced to buy one if I wanted the new fridge i was buying connected when it was delivered. Since I was ordering an open box item, I wanted to see it tested while the delivery guys were still there.

There was no mention online or on the packaging for what size fitting I needed under the sink and it’s not the same as a dishwasher, it’s smaller, not sure off the top of my head.

Installed by Best Buy - purchased with refrigerator.

Had to return the product after figuring out the length wasn't long enough. Also, the Best Buy people that delivered my Fridge would not install the line because the existing line ran behind my Dishwasher.

This hose was part of the kit recommended by the salesperson for the refrigerator I purchased. However, it was not needed as we were able to use the existing one.

The delivery guys hooked up the water lines quickly with this and the excess coils up nicely behind the refrigerator .

Do not have Best Buy - at least the one in Coralville IA - install your refrigerator. The installed an old water line, or never replaced the existing one and it caused a water leak that created water damage in the cabinet and floor below. And they refuse to have anyone come out and look at it unless I pay for a new appointment. Leak was already fixed by a plumber that informed me of the old line that was used, I just want to have someone come out and evaluate the damage and next steps but they refuse and only offer a tech if I pay for a new appointment. Do not let Best Buy install your water line.

Steel waterline that came with the fridge and it is fantastic, better than the last one that I had on my old fridge.

Good to purchase, just in case... In our case, it was not needed, since the waterline from the previous refrigerator was still in great shape. We returned the kit for a refund. Customer service was quite cooperative.

Line included in kit was not long enough so plumber used theirs.

didn't get it hooked up because i have well water.

The house is great, but needed to purchase and adapter to get this to connect to my water line. High quality braided hose that isn't going to break and flood (according to murphys law, right after I leave for vacation)
