I presume this is a good kit as it worked fine on our install. I gave it low star because it is just a necessary part of the install and doesn't really have a function I can rate.

Obviously there is not much to review given that it was a product bought to have the best buy guys install the water to the new fridge. Will update with time to make sure it does hold fine

The tubing seems to work fine with the ice maker no issues. We have the Geek Squad hook up the connections.

The hose itself is very good. However, the "kit" seems incomplete to me. It assumes that your existing waterline valve has the same small connection as on the hose. I am confident that a significant percentage of houses have the old-standard flare-connection valve that I have. The kit should include an adapter to allow this hose to be connected to an old-standard valve.

I didn't need this product at the time of installation, so it was returned. I'm giving it a average rating because I don't know how it would have performed.

Best Buy requires you to purchase this kit before their team can connect the refrigerator to the water line. The installer had some difficulty connecting it but it worked eventually.

Did not fit through our cabinet holes. Returned it.

Was forced to purchase the item to get "free delivery and installation." Could not get a cheaper version, could not get my own elsewhere. Not impressed, I can understand the reason, but the item never gets discounted I guarantee

bought the new water line but they did not install it they left the old one, make sure you check before they leave. good thing was that the salesman refunded the cost

Don’t know if the new water line hookup has anything to do with the problem, but the water still tastes funny after running gallons through the new pipes

Nice durability and quality. I believe that this product will prove to be worth every penny paid for it.

This stainless steel water hose looks like it is going to be able to last the life of my refrigerator.

We purchased a new refrigerator and needed a replacement waterline kit. No issues to report. Works fine.

I did my own install, and do not have a water box behind my fridge so this did not work for my application. The hose is of nice quality, but $30 for a hose is just too much unless that includes the install.

Yup a good ole hose for sure. But do you need it? If you don't, you will have to disconnect the one you have and re-hook it yourself. No Biggie. But the delivery guys won't. Because I have reverse osmosis hooked to the fridge, they wouldn't touch it anyway. Because I returned the first fridge for a bigger better one, I now have two of these hoses sitting in my garage waiting for the next community yard sale.

The pipe lines were great, wish they had been able to install such that the Fridge could go in more.

The refrigerator works pretty well but i had a bad experience with the delivery crew. They damaged my door stopper and best buy refused to get it repaired to this day despite all attempts I've made to reached them.

Needed this item for our Samsung fridge. They installed for free and haven't had an issue with it yet.
