They will not install your new refrigerator without purchasing a new waterline kit. They will not reinstall an old one know matter how new or in good shape, so just factor it into the cost.

I am sure the item would have been great if it was the correct length. Wasn't able to use it.

This is a good all-in-one package to connect a fridge water supply if you don't have anything at home. Price is average for all items combined. I ended up not needing due to exiting connections and items I had on hand.

This kit is a bit expensive compared to buying the parts yourself, but it’s convenient, and when you buy the fridge they’ll install it for you.

The lines work fine! I personally feel like this should be included in the price of the purchase , you have to pay enough for the actual appliance! The installers will not install without having the new lines!

Was told that I needed to purchase this otherwise I couldn't have my fridge hooked up properly, once fridge came, the install people asked why I had bought this, it wasn't needed.

As the story goes, my fridge went bad, have to buy one, check everywhere for good price, well son from Sweden said try Best Buy, yup, got one at Wesley Chapel Store, discounted, yup, best price i seen, yup! oh yes we'll get it to you gave date and they called gave time yup took away the old one, all with 1 of the tallest man i ever seen. Good Job on time and it's working well. Yup got to pay every month for awhile but still the Best Price, not much paper work, no hastle, very simple yes. not much time, just sign, oh yes, there is that every month situation for awhile, but my food is still very good no spoilage,life is good again

Lucky it got a one. One end is clearly marked, in 3 languages, "Connect this end to the water supply". I spent 2 hours trouble shooting my non-working water dispenser on my new refrigerator until I figured out it meant the water supply hose on the refrigerator, not the water supply in the house. Then, another 1.5 hours to flip the waterline in the other direction and craw under the house to reattach. Shame on whomever placed that label, which by the way is not explained at all in the instructions.

I haven't installed it yet.. I was waiting For a fridge to come back and stock but so far it hasn't

Must have when purchasing a refrigerator with an ice maker. Has everything you need in one package.

I was told by the bestbuy that this would work for my fridge but it was too short to reach under my sink. Had to return it and get the copper line set up. Never got to use it so hence the three stars. Great return policy!

Needed to install the product however the first delivery men just dropped it off the second group was polite and knowledgeable

Even though I had paid for the kit, the installers did not install the kit and left with it. I had to call to get a credit for it a week later. If you buy one, be sure that the installers install it!!

Even though we had water hook up for our old fridge, the salesman insisted we would need this product. We didn't and returned it for credit.

This refrigerator only worked for 3 months then packed in. The computer fried and would not keep cool, despite being only 3 months old it could not be fixed and was returned/I eventually received a rebate of the cost of the fridge, but I was out of luck for the delivery fee, and the warranty fee and all the spoilt food. It was a dreadful ordeal that took ages to get the rebate, I was without a fridge for 6 weeks, and I would never rebuy a Samsung. STAY CLEAR!

When I bought that refrigerator they told me I had to buy this item I told them no I did not that it was already installed. They said to buy the refrigerator I had to buy them so it's $20 that I did not need.

I’m sure the product is fine. It was “required” when we purchased our refrigerator... but we hooked up water just fine without it. So it was a waste of money.

You can probably get this cheaper if you hunt around some

It works fine. It is a good deal. You won’t regret it.

We had a hook up from our previous refrigerator, but Best Buy would only honor the warranty with this new part. We're glad we replaced the other, brand new everything.
