It's Average at best, something you would get just for the convenient cost

Great cord, can’t complain with it. I didn’t initially think i would need it but I did.

Although a necessary and not so exciting product for refrigerator, it is doing the job.

A must purchase from Bestbuy if I wanted delivery persons to connect my existing waterline.

Its one of those extra things you have to buy to make everything work. Should've been included with the expensive purchase of my refrigerator.

The box was almost destroyed. The contents of the box where in satisfactory condition.

The waterline is great quality. The installer broke my water shut off during installation. Faucet handle spins around and won't shut the water off. Water has to be shut off at the street to replace the water filters is how I know that he broke it. Very expensive plumbing repair. The plumber has to cut the sheetrock in my garage to cut the pipe to replace that water shut off. I have to replace the sheetrock and then plaster and paint.

I believe best buy should have different size water lines just because depending on the age of the house the one they sell u will not fit if it's a older house, other than that, it's great.

The iced maker doesn’t work properly I I’m very disappointed

I warned the delivery guys that there was probably sediment in the waterline and to run it first - even gave them a bucket - I think they didn't speak enough English to understand. They put the hose on, some water came out and then they said my waterline didn't work and hightailed it out of there. We spent days trying to figure out what to do...install a whole new waterline, spend hundreds on a plumber, return the fridge? We found the shut off under the sink and slowly tested the waterline without the hose and the water flowed perfectly. The hose was clogged...returned it. Maybe not their fault there was sediment in the line, but it's their fault that they didn't troubleshoot or listen to me (I live in Texas, so it's not my fault they don't speak English). My NEW refrigerator was already dented in several places...I just wanted it to be done with, so the Home Depot line for 1/3 the price that we installed ourselves is working great. The sales guy really promoted this overpriced waterline because of the installation service I'd receive...well, it was crap. Last time I have BB install anything. Such shoddy service.

I have an older house and this didn't match my current water intake. I had to go to Home Depot to purchase and adapter and connect it myself. No help from the paid installers.

Worst experience EVER! May I suggest you use a different trucking co. To make your deliveries. They were completely incompetent, rude, and unwilling to compromise. Even after they delivered my item to the wrong address and put the onus on me to reschedule without so much as an apology. They make Best Buy look really bad in the eyes of this consumer! However, as far as my purchase - excellent! The delivery was unacceptable on all levels. As long as you continue to use this trucking company to deliver your goods, I will never buy from Best Buy again.

The 'unkinkable' metal water line that was installed, it kinked up and water did not come out. The delivery guys had to come out a second time to 'manuever' the water line so it woul flow.

Water continues to come into my fridge so it’s working great as far as I can tell.

Somewhat annoyed that I had to purchase this item , seemed redundant but it's done, leaked when connected with my water line, which I fixed

Returned. Only six feet long. Too short - ordered with fridge did not know the length at purchase.

installation brought everything needed to hookup my new refrigerator - no problems

Very expensive vs. local hardware store or online. I returned it.
