Bad Hose

We were told that this would hook up to our water line. It cannot even reach the water line nor hook up to any thing. SCAM

They had to put this on to the copper line so now I have 12' of water line going to my fridge.... and they didn't even use the thread tape.

New Waterline Connection Not Needed for My Hookup.
