Why buy the hose when they don't use it correctly

Glad they were cautious but they kept saying its "my problem" and "they'll see if they can help me out". Pushing for that tip for sure. So the new water line truly wasn't needed.

Incomplete kit

It's a waterline kit.

"A nut was stripped and could cause leaking," he said. But it hasn't ever leaked in over 10 years. He somehow stripped the nut when removing it. But was not able to fix it. I ended up fixing it and installing it myself. Worst part is I paid them to install it, I installed it and they kept my money!

Required for Best Buy installation
