I understand the product is required, but I could purchase the same item at my local hardware store for half the cost. Poor practice on BB's part, so keep in mind when you buy your appliances from BB.

Requirement to buy through best buy was expensive though and I did not need a new hose as my recent other refrigerator had a hose that came free that I could have used.
