It does the job. But not really worth it. The installers didn't even put it in and told me to return it. You can get the individual parts cheaper at ANY hardware store. I was forced to get it so that the delivery can be installed as well, but they didn't install it when they dropped my fridge off. So waste of money.

Was totally soaked into buying this make sure you need it

It turned out that because of my pipes configuration I did not need this add-on. Talk to your plumber first or save your receipt.

This is a hose, it works well to get the water from point a to point b with a shiny silver finish.

Was not used for the installation. I can't comment on its use

You can probably find it for half price if you else where.

My new refrigerator looks great and so far, works good I gave it 3 stars because it's a little noisy, I wish it was quieter.

Water tasted funny initially. I guess that’s normal but I will be happier once the funny taste goes away.

Didn't need, they were able to use my pre-existing line. I was able to return to store for hassle free refund.

Didn’t need it. We used existing line. Delivery guys took it and posted on email that they installed it. Lie Had to cal twice to get it reissued to my account. It was finally credited to my account.

This is NOT a kit to hook up to a cold water pipe like you may have used for an ice maker in another home in the past. You must have a pre-installed fitting or valve to which to attach this hose. Remember the kits that came with a self-piercing valve that clamped onto an existing cold water pipe? NOPE. This is NOT that. It is only a hose. You may need a plumber or the skills to install a valve yourself.

Would have been ok but returned the LG refrigerator because I could not get it to cool correctly.

Best buy sold this to me knowing that I did not have a copper pipe. It was not needed so returned it and got my money back.

Needed it for my new refrigerator installment. Had to choice.

I had a refrigerator delivered and the gentlemen were professional and fast in placing and installing the refrigerator. I only advise to make sure that you REALLY need the waterline hose if it's recommended by the salesperson. I had a different set-up so I did not need the waterline hose, but I got it on the salesperson's high recommendation who assured me I could easily return it if not needed. Took it back to Best-Buy the next day and the manager refused the return because the box was missing, the waterline was delivered with no such box, perhaps there was a box and the delivery guys forgot to leave it behind, but nonetheless, basically I am stuck with an overpriced $30 waterline that I have no use for, lesson learned.
